How Cross International is Making an Impact

For the past 18 months, the continent of Africa has faced an unprecedented crisis, a severe drought has greatly affected livestock and food supplies in the region. United Nations officials say this may be the largest humanitarian crisis since 1945. Losing their livestock and crops due to lack of rain, many poor families have been on the brink of starvation. That’s why Cross International is helping our ministry partners distribute food staples to hungry families in remote regions of Kenya, and has shipped emergency medical relief to victims of famine in South Sudan.
