- Communications Department requests to add new projects to the online project catalog.
- Requests to post a new blog post or article in the news portion of the website.
- Requests for scheduling eblasts.
- Requests for HTML doc email creation for 3rd parites to send.
Minor web page update requests include:
- Copy changes to existing pages.
- Image swap on existing pages.
- Adding documents, links or files to existing pages.
- Any other minor additions to existing pages.
- Requests for new web pages and new online campaigns.
- Requests for in-depth page reviews and updates.
- Requests for larger-scale web projects, or projects that will require more than one new web page.
- Only for use by HR (Ramon and/or Waleska)
- Requests for a new landing page that doesn’t currently exist.
- Requests for social media posts.
- Each request will be reviewed for its relevancy within the online marketing strategy. It is best to submit a request 3-4 weeks prior to the desired posting date.
- Submit draft campaign materials for upcoming campaigns to be reviewed by the Online Marketing Team prior to Landing Page creation.
