Here’s a delightful excerpt from a letter we received from our ministry partner Annie Chikhwaza, who runs Kondanani Children’s Village in Malawi:
Good news for Kondanani! Our laboratory is ready. The children love it but…..the other day there was a real bad smell in the school area. At first we thought the gardener had put pig manure on the plants, but no. Then what was it? The smell came from the lab, and believe it or not, the teacher and her pupils where dissecting—it’s really true—a crocodile! The children had been on a school trip to the crocodile farm and that is where they picked up a dead one for further investigation. I mean, what next? As long as they learn from it, I will keep a mile away. The other day it was a snake. I wonder what comes next!
