Santo Lazard, 12, is at the top of his class at the DSS Saintard campus. While at school, Santo excels in his studies and loves learning. When he gets home to the small shack he shares with his two siblings and mother, he immediately tends to his chores and homework.
Life has been hard since Santo’s father passed away, but that hasn’t stopped Santo from succeeding.
“My hopes and dreams are that I can further my children’s education,” said Physanie, Santo’s mother. “If God’s willing, I would want them to be able to help themselves and their family in the future.”
Santo and his siblings are receiving daily meals and a Christ-centered education at DSS because of the generosity of Cross Mission Partners like you.
Now he has the opportunity to break out of the cycle of poverty and be a positive influence in his country. Your monthly support makes it possible for children like Santo to go to school, receive basic nutrition and learn the truth of Jesus’ love!
