These kids are guzzling milk while they wait for a hot breakfast at the Moses Project in Quito, Ecuador. Because of their families’ poverty, most of them start out the year malnourished and anemic. But getting breakfast and lunch at this program three days a week before and after school has boosted their health and increased their school performance. The children here really value their before-meal prayer time. Now some of them even insist their families do the same at home!
