Once these needs are met, they can move from surviving to thriving through education, counseling, and a supportive social environment. Cross International’s Thriving Kids initiative supports ministries that provide children with the essentials they need to live and the support they need to thrive!
For families in extreme poverty, education is often sacrificed. Though free public education is available in Ecuador, many can’t afford the required supplies and uniforms for their children.
