Partners and Friends,
As we look back over 2019, we find so many reasons to rejoice in lives changed, hearts touched, and bodies healed. We are so grateful to God for His provision and blessing, and to our valued partners in this work—whether our faithful ministry partners working in their communities around the world, or our generous donors who give so that others might thrive. This truly is Kingdom work, and it takes the whole body of Christ working together to achieve it.
This time of reflection always stirs up hope and anticipation of what more is to come for Cross International. We are at an exciting time of transition for our organization, as we adopt a new look for our enduring mission and seek to welcome even more donors to our partnership. In the past year, we have accomplished a number of milestones and completed projects all over the world. The coming year offers us new opportunities and new challenges, as we face the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the ministries we support and on those we work to serve. More than ever, your help and support is needed to address the devastating effects of facing the coronavirus without clean water, adequate nutrition and housing, or financial stability.
Despite these challenges—and perhaps even more so because of them—the board and I continue to strengthen our organization and our international partnerships. As you read this annual report, I hope it will remind you of the immensely valuable work we together have an opportunity to do, and that it will energize you for the future and the amazing opportunities still in front of us.Sincerely,
President & CEO
